Google tools. QuickBooks has partnered with Google, the world's most popular internet search engine, to make Google Marketing Tools available to QuickBooks users. You can follow the link within QuickBooks to be guided through the process of signing up and making Google Marketing Tools work for you. A free listing on Google Maps makes it easy for customers to find your place of business. Information such as your address, contact details, hours of operation and even pictures can be made available. Google AdWords lets you create ads and choose keywords, so that customers searching on Google will easily be able to find you. Using Google AdWords helps you reach your target market or intended audience with ease. Website statistics, such as the number of visits to your website from the ad, are available to monitor the success of your marketing strategy. Note: Google AdWords may incur additional charges.

QuickBooks Accountant product (not available except on request) has been integrated with the Accountants Data Transfer (ADT) tool, allowing your accountant to convert QuickBooks transactions and then import them into supported practice management software suites. The ADT tool makes it easier than ever to run reports, analyse QuickBooks data, and better support clients, all from within your own software application. This means if your accountant is using MYOB accounting office or MYOB Management Accounting System, they can bring your data into their system. Your accountant would need a copy of QuickBooks Accountant product.
