This is the best solution if you need more than 3 simultaneous users of your database or you have gone beyond the limit of the 'lists'. This is the version of QuickBooks you will receive if you go to the online QuickBooks solution.

- Unlimited lists (other QuickBook’s limit most lists (customers, items, suppliers) to 14,500. Enterprise has not limited these lists..

- Customized profit and loss and balance sheet reports with the financial statement developer

- Advanced user permissions and roles. Setup roles to limit access to the system and assign roles to users. Predefined roles include: Accountant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Finance, Full Access, Inventory, Payroll Manager, Payroll Processor, Purchasing, Sales, Time Tracking, and View-only.

- Allow up to 30 simultaneous users.
